The Friends of Wolf Run
are dedicated to the proposition that neighbors,
with the right information, working together,
can make a difference in the quality of our creek.
And in the process,
make our property more valuable,
and our community a more pleasant place to live.

We hope you will join us in this effort.

We all want clean water.

We want our neighborhoods to be
a healthy, pleasant place to live.

We have a chance to make this happen
in the Wolf Run Watershed.

Rising near the UK Arboretum,
flowing past our homes and businesses on
Green Briar, Arcadia Park, Regency Road, Southland, Lafayette,
Harrodsburg Road, Garden Springs, Gardenside, Cardinal Valley
and on to Town Branch of South Elkhorn Creek,
is a hidden treasure. (Pictured left)

One that is struggling to come back from years of neglect.
But, one that does have a chance.

City government, State government and the Federal government
are investing millions of dollars to fix the creek.
But, they can only do so much.
